Our chef, John Kostuik, was trained as a chef in Toronto's best restaurants, with big names like Michael Potters, before he left for Europe to perfect his knowledge. Ireland is where he was most successful as an executive chef, where he won the "Best Restaurant in Leinster" award and a nomination at the prestigious "Chef of the Year" award in 2010.
